All the ingredients are carefully sourced by our Chefs. we use local, wild-caught seafood wherever possible and all of the seasonal fruits and vegetables have been grown in Hong Kong. Everything is picked/caught in the morning, delivered in the afternoon, and served at night.

Fish School is an intimate, sophisticated 50-seat restaurant tucked away behind Sai Ying Pun's Third Street that promises to redefine Hong Kong cuisine. A collaboration between acclaimed restaurateur Yenn Wong, founder of the hospitality based JIA Group and award-winning Hong Kong-born Chef David Lai, Fish School serves premium seafood sourced from local, family-owned fishing boats prepared with the freshest seasonal ingredients from nearby farms.
