Presenting revamped and refined versions of traditional favorites; CÉ LA VI will be serving up a bountiful feast this Chinese New Year having crafted a five-course menu made by Executive Chef Jason Au.
Start the Year of the Dog with an auspicious Prosperity Toss with Yu Sheng “Lo Hei”. Ignite your senses with flown-in fresh Oyster with Ikura (roe) before indulging in premium seafood and beef dishes; Snapper Sanso Salsa and Beef Tenderloin Pumpkin Puree with truffle teriyaki and shiitake mushrooms.
Culminating the perfect sweet ending is the Chocolate Coffee Mousse Cake, made with ganache and dacquoise; a dessert cake made with layers of almond and hazelnut meringue and buttercream.
The Great Prosperity set menu is priced at HK$888 per person. To honour the Year of the Dog; CE LA VI will be donating HK$50 from every CNY menu ordered to LAP (LAP Lifelong Animal Protection Charity)
