Chef Matthew Thaeron is the chef de cuisine of Fishsteria. Born in Concarneau, a fisherman town in Brittany, France, Matthew knew he wanted to become a chef since he was 10 years old and inevitably, seafood is his absolute favorite ingredients to work with. After working in Michelin starred restaurants in France, Australia and Hong Kong, he joined Fishsteria to continue to share his passion and expertise in seafood.
