ROCK SALT's interior is in Japanese style with open Kitchen, emphasizing the interaction between customers and dishes by watching the whole making of some dishes.
Kamameshi is the signature dish of ROCK SALT. Kamameshi a traditional Japanese dishes, cooking rice with various ingredients together in a special pot, Rice will absorb all the flavor of the ingredients, adding layers to the flavor. And each Table is provided with natural, uncontaminated, high-quality Himalayas Rock Salt which can enhance tastes of all dishes.
