The all-day dining Café Malacca features authentic Malaysian and Singaporean hawker fare in a relaxed, yet stylish and spacious dining room. Diners at Café Malacca are transported to the hawkers of Malaysia and Singapore for street-style food, all freshly prepared with aromatic spices, herbs and ingredients freshly imported from Malaysia and Singapore, stocks broths and sauces are made in-house, from scratch.

Highlights include:

1. Chilli Crab is a Singaporean seafood dish. Mud crab is commonly used and is stir-fried in semi-thick, sweet and spicy gravy, a combination of savoury chilli sauce, egg, hints of crunchy onions, garlic and ginger.

2. Black Pepper Crab is one of the most popular seafood dishes in Singapore. It is made with mud crab, and deep-fried with scrumptious black pepper sauce comprising butter, garlic, oyster sauce, soya sauce and sugar.

3. Crab Bee Hoon is a Singaporean rice vermicelli dish with a whole mud crab served in a claypot, stir-fried in garlic and butter and braised in a milky broth.
