Nadaman presents a tradition of over 180 years of Japanese culinary art and was awarded as "100 Top tables" (2013 - 2017) by South China Morning Post and "Two Glasses Award" this year by the China Sommelier Association- China's Wine List of the Year Awards. Highlights in this large variety of all seafood menu include:
- Grilled Silver Cod Fillet with Italian Herb Tomato Sauce
- Grilled Hokkaido Scallop with Japanese Sake and Butter Soy Sauce
- Teppanyaki Live Lobster with Sautéed Assorted Vegetables
Large contemporary commissioned artworks are displayed throughout Nadaman to enhance the theme of fish moving in their natural environment and range from metallic sculptures and wooden panels to wooden displays. These reinforce their theme of nature and Yin Yang in addition to a sophisticated design of soft greens and gold offset by ivory and charcoal, using natural materials such as bamboo.
