Chef Mok of Two-Michelin Starred Restaurant, Shang Palace, has created a series of mooncakes to be shared during the Mid-Autumn Festival among family and friends. Chef Mok strives to present both classic and creative flavours to suit a diverse range of taste requirements.

While traditional choices, such as Double Egg Yolk with White Lotus Seed Paste and Mini Crispy Custard Moon Cake with Mashed Egg Yolk are popular classics, Chef Mok has put on his creative hat to design brand-new flavours, featuring exciting ingredients from all over the world and presentations with modern twists. The creations are not only good on the eyes, but also the most delicious treats for celebrating togetherness with loved ones.

New moon cake creations for this year include Uji Matcha Moon Cake with Red Bean and Persimmon and Charcoal Moon Cake with Red Date Paste, Apricot and Walnut.
