Cassio evokes vintage European chic with a touch of Asia forming a sophisticated, intimate environment. Guests will be able to experience contemporary Spanish tapas including cold cuts, salads, tortillas as well as an array of desserts to awaken diners’ tastes buds. Partnering with our LKF Summer Vibes menu, highlights in Cassio’s beer-infused menu include:

Chef Daniel Benitorafe Rivera keeps traditions Spanish cuisine close to his heart. His dishes are inspired by his time spent with chefs at the well-known tapas restaurant, Barrafina, in London. With years of experience in Barcelona, Chef Benito demonstrates a unique combination of modern techniques mixed with traditional aromas.

Cassio is the latest in the stable of Gilbert Yeung, he of Dragon-i and Tazmania Ballroom fame. And no expense seems to have been spared with the plush and dramatic 60s-inspired room that opens out to one of the more impressive terrace spaces that we’ve seen in Hong Kong, laden with live greenery. Yet the money seems to have unfortunately stopped when it comes to stocking the bar, which is home only to the usual suspects, bottom-heavy as far as top shelf goes.
