FoFo by el Willy’s Flavours of Spain Tasting Menu will tackle the Northern Route, starting with Galicia in the North West of Spain and focusing on the fresh seafood produce of the region - oysters, crabs and mussels. Guests will then be taken to San Sabastian in the Basque Country, famous for its cod fish dishes. The menu will finish with a dessert from Chef Alex Fargas' home region, Catalonia, with the Catalan cream with Chocolate and Cream Roll.
Fofo was born in February 2010 following the popularity and success of "el Willy" restaurant in Shanghai. With menus designed by the award-winning Chef Willy Trullas Moreno from Barcelona, Fofo is headed in Hong Kong by the widely travelled and talented Chef Alex Fargas, also from Barcelona. The restaurant has a stunning floor- to-window backdrop with panoramic views of Central Hong Kong.
