This exclusive summer tasting menu designed for FeedMe Guru guests is inspired by seasonal ingredients and summer dishes from Barcelona and the south of France, including fresh seafood from Europe, and oysters marinated in carrot escbeche, a type of pickling method using acidic mixtures.

Helmed by Executive Chef Ferran Tadeo. A protégé of two of the most renowned Spanish Chefs in the world (Ferran Adrià and José Andrés), known for delivering brilliant flavours with a creativity flair combined with a strong understanding of Catalan cuisine, using techniques learned and acquired while growing up and working in Spain as well as a strong background in traditional French techniques and cuisine.
