Gaucho has curated a Malbec Pairing Dinner which comes with 7 glasses of wine, bookable every day of the week, exclusively for FeedMe Guru guests.
The highlight of the menu is the three different cuts of beef, each with different flavours and textures, paired with three carefully selected wines.
The Fillet, marinated with Garlic and Parsley, tenderizing the beef, is paired with a glass of Selection G Familia Zuccardi Santa Rosa Mendoza G 2013 from Bonarda, a very out-of-the-box fruity wine popular in Argentina.
The Ribeye and Sirloin have strong flavours from the marbling so it does not require marination, and rather, is simply seasoned with salt. They are both paired with very well-balanced wine from the Malbec region.
The menu also includes a Sea Bass Ceviche for starters paired with the La Puerta Estate Grown & Bottled La Rioja 2014 from Terrontes, and a Cheeseboard with 3 cuts of cheese, each paired with different Argentinian wines. In total, guests enjoying this Malbec dinner will taste a total of 7 wines.
GAUCHO believes that every guest should experience a little bit of Argentine life - simple flavours, natural ingredients and 100% grass-fed Argentine beef. Gaucho is offering an Argentinian focused menu boasting simple dishes that emphasizes the natural mouthwatering flavours of the cuisine.
