To celebrate Kishoku's 5th anniversary, Kishoku offers Feedme Guru guests SHO Omakase menu with seasonal and signature items. Each dish is presented across the sushi counter with an explanation from the sushi chef.
The inspiration for Kishoku derived from combining Western elements with a traditional Japanese Zenshuyo style to create a warm and relaxing environment. It focuses on the juxtaposition of opposites, using wood and stone elements and complimented by varying geometric shapes; the contrast of stillness and movement can be seen though different graphic elements and featured art installations. With products flown in daily from all around Japan, our Chefs use only the freshest ingredients available to create a classical yet refreshing menu. By constantly renewing their techniques, our seasoned Chefs carefully craft every selection to suit the discerning tastes of our patrons.
