10 Course North Indian Tasting Menu by Gaylord. This renowned Indian restaurant established in 1972 has had a long history and recognition accumulating accolades from the Michelin Guide, and having been awarded Hong Kong's Best Indian restaurant. 

As part of Best of British, Gaylord has prepared an authentic North Indian Tasting Menu for FeedMe Guru. Indian food is so entwined with Great Britain's national psyche that many Indian dishes have been proclaimed British national dishes. In fact, London has more Indian restaurants than Delhi or Mumbai. It is only fitting that Hong Kong's premier Indian restaurant participates in our Best of British line-up.

Gaylord Indian Restaurant is a secret paradise located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Recommended by Michelin Guide twice and recognized for its authentic and traditional Indian dishes since 1972, it continues to capture the hearts and taste buds of diners both local and abroad. Daily Lunch Buffet is offered and Extensive Dinner Menu with Live Classical Indian Singers Performing Daily is popular with both locals and tourists.

Gaylord’s kitchen is headed by Chef Roman Singh, aka The Curry Expert, and has over 20 years’ of culinary experience rooted in Delhi. Chef Roman believes in traditional cooking styles with contemporary presentations and his mantra for the perfect dish is finding the right balance spices and fresh herbs. Gaylord’s menu features traditional street snacks, tandoori barbecue delicacies, delectable curries like Chicken Makhanwala (boneless pieces of tandoori chicken cooked in smooth butter and tomato sauce), Chicken Tikka Masala (barbecued chicken cooked in a subtle onion and tomato sauce) and Rogan Josh Kashmiri (tender boneless lamb in an onion and red pepper sauce) alongside an assortment of freshly baked roti and naan bread, biryani rice and vegetarian specials.
