About

10-Course FeedMe Guru Tasting Menu, created by Culinary Director David Lai, Executive Chef Chris Ma and their talented team. 

Diners seated at the bar can watch Chef Chris Ma in the open kitchen cooking and dishing up the fish and crustaceans he has specially chosen for them. Several types of fresh fish are offered on this Tasting Menu, all of which are plated using a variety of different cooking methods. With dishes designed to share, there is something for everyone.

Changing daily and dependent on each individual group of diners, diners should prepare to whet their appetite with thoughts of small plates, an array of premium local fish unknown to many, and most importantly, come ready to explore and be inspired.

This menu is available for $595 per head, with a $375 drinks pairing option. Please note that the whole table must order this Tasting Menu, but we will accommodate to individual guest's dietary restrictions.  All items will be served in family sharing style.

Fish School is an intimate, sophisticated 50-seat restaurant tucked away behind Sai Ying Pun’s Third Street that promises to redefine Hong Kong cuisine. A collaboration between acclaimed restaurateur Yenn Wong, founder of the hospitality based JIA Group and award-winning Hong Kong born Chef David Lai, Fish School serves premium seafood sourced from local, family-owned fishing boats prepared with the freshest seasonal ingredients from nearby farms. Fish School is modern Hong Kong on a plate.
