We typically set one month as the duration of each menu. If the menu is doing particularly well, we can extend its duration.
This depends on the attractiveness of your menu; how good the pictures look, the type of ingredients used, and the perceived value of the menu are all important factors. We have helped restaurants to improve their businesses by 10-30% on a monthly basis.
We will promote it on all of our platforms, including social media, website and mobile app. We also reinvest most of the commission we expect to receive from each partner into paid digital marketing efforts, such as Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads.
In addition, we can provide up to one complimentary tasting for your restaurant with our extensive network of food influencers in the city. Our marketing team will follow up with each influencer after the tasting for feedback, and also to give them any additional information needed for their social media / online postings.
FeedMe Guru is not a discount platform; we are a platform for users to discover exclusive dining experiences. Our menus have typically been price at between $400 to $1,500 per head, and can be offered with beverage pairing options. We suggest that your team should evaluate the positioning of your restaurant and price at a competitive and reasonable level.
If you have an existing tasting menu, we suggest you should price at a competitive level to this tasting menu.
You can base the FeedMe Guru menu off the tasting menu, with some items substituted for off-menu items or other signature items that you deem attractive.
There will be no upfront charge and we only charge a reasonable commission on the total bill, including beverages, any a la carte the customers may order, and service charge. Most of this is reinvested in the paid digital marketing that we undertake for your restaurant. This is also a success fee meaning you only pay for the guests that actually sit and dine at your restaurant.
Based on our research, it is very important to let users have instant confirmation after making the booking. We have many ways to ensure that there are enough seats to fulfil the booking, for example: (1) restaurants can set capacity limits on certain days that they deem busy, (2) restaurants can close off a certain day throughout the campaign if it is already at full capacity, (3) restaurants can require a minimum number of days guests need to make the reservation in advance. We have had no issue with this instant confirmation to date.
