"I used to come to Bao often in the old Soho location. Was excited about the expansion into Causeway Bay, but am sorely disappointed by the way the new space is operated. If you want to sit outside the food only comes in take away bins (why? And so wasteful) and staff just accommodate requests like turning down the loud music or serving you at the table. The food is still great tho."
"Food was ok, nothing special. Fried chicken Bao was super average. We went there because we read about the celebrity chef but I had many better once in my life. Service sucked, so many waiters walking around with empty look in there eyes. There are no sections so everyone ask you the same questions or there is nobody at all. No desert menu, they gave us water after we finished our meal. Bit disappointing as we could go somewhere local and authentic but we gave it a chance and waste a meal in HK. The ice cream desserts were nice."
"Great customer service, good price, and a lovely lunch. The interior is comfortable - suitable for both casual business or meeting an old friend. The branding is fresh for the Hong Kong restaurant community, not only are there customized t shirts and plates but customers are gifted with neon stickers at the end of their meal! Though may be targetted towards a younger generation, the restaurant did not fail to make it an enjoyable experience for all age groups"

"The food is still good, but if you've been to the old location before, you might be a bit disappointed. The standard of the bao dropped a bit in my opinion, as I've had the chicken bao numerous times but this time the meat wasn't as tender or juicy. Also the size of the truffle fries was half what it used to be at the same price. The larger size of the place is definitely a plus though, as you no longer need to feel you can't linger after a hearty meal to free up space."
"刈包的進化版... 這個是不錯的體驗，小包包這間中西fusion 的餐廳，價錢雖然偏高一點，但餐廳環境氣氛，食物質素，服務都相當不錯 把傳統食物重新包裝，調味，實在有驚喜之處 加上其他小食，主菜，味道亦算高質 招牌豬腩肉刈包 醬汁酸酸甜甜，豬腩肉油脂跟肉比例不錯，加上傳統中式白包，並沒有它外表般油膩，很推介 另外Lb炸雞，選了原味，調味很好，加上炸雞炸得鬆脆，唯雞肉本身味道不濃郁，但整體很不錯.... 位處於銅鑼灣地段來說，這種放鬆的環境和食物質素，我覺得4星先該給的"
