"The food is incredibly innovative, so claps for that. Some dishes better than others - do try the squid cucumber salad and the sourdough waffle! The char siu was okay, nothing out of the ordinary. One tip - the waiter kept "strongly recommending" us to change our orders.. If we heard you once and said no, we probably won't change our minds the second time you ask."
"We arrived on time for our reservation to find out our table wasn't ready. The manager apologised and offered us a round of free drinks. One of the drinks came out wrong (we've ordered 3 drinks), but we couldn't be bothered to ask for a change. We stood for almost 30 minutes before being seated, still not our table but at a high table. The waiter didn't care to move the drinks for us so we had to do it ourselves. The quality of the food was good overall, but the dishes were served very slowly."
"amazing creations and delicious dishes. we had sourdough egg waffles, pumpkin with shrimp and beef noodle. Very creative fusion dishes that highlight the flavour of the ingredients. Staff are attentive and they know the menu very well. i also visited two of other Chef May restaurant; Little Bao and Second Draft. They were equally good. Definitely recommend!!"
