"Tasting menu with wine pairing I believe the octopus was mold with soup stock and sliced to pieces after chilling. Served with some spicy salmon roe looking tiny crystal ball, I’ve tasted some fresh basil(some other herb maybe)which I think really match with the well cooked bouncy soft octopus. 1 讚好 Pan fried scallop with silky smooth buttery mashed potatoes. Caramelised to little crispy on the outside and super tender inside. Is so fresh and sweet! 0 讚好 Is one of the best pasta I’ve tried so far in Hong Kong. This red prawn sauce is so rich, you can see they even pull out the best part from the head to make it even better. I’m not a prawn person, but this prawn was legend, is just a really really amazing prawn! 0 讚好 As I said, I’m not a prawn person, this lobster(dragon prawn translated in Cantonese) is average level only. The nice creamy butter sweet foam didn’t change the result, the flavour tasted so separate. Also, the spinach was way to salty, they changed for us. 0 讚好 We didn’t like the fish at all, is rough, flavour is plain, but the crab meat was quite good. 0 讚好 Not good at wine and desserts, feeling good with all of them tho. 0 讚好"
"My first 1 star..... Terrible 3 minutes... They had a wedding function and basically esorted me and my wife to the elevator. Even a wedding member screamed at us to move out of her way. Don't know what everyone else is talking about but it's not a safe place to go.... The view looked amazing, and the balcony was empty, shame all around really. But I'd never go back. 0/10"

"維港景致下享受午餐 因為要獎勵公司一啲做得好嘅同事，想搵一個特別嘅地方食餐好嘅，之前試過樓上嘅餐廳，知道都會睇到中環灣仔嘅維港景。 餐廳主要係半自助式嘅午餐，見到個選擇都幾多有生果有肉等，所以淨係食頭盆都應該夠冇揀到其他主菜，每位收$228。 半自助頭盤少見嘅魚生，唔係好肯定邊一隻品種嘅魚，但係佢唔係用Wasabi點，因為根本冇Wasabi嘅醬，有D奇怪？ 煙三文魚、凍嘅青口、凍蜆、凍蝦等唔同嘅海鮮，質素都唔錯。 柚子蝦幾有特色同埋幾搶手，因為唔使剝殼，所以頭尾都食咗十幾隻。 蘿蔔牛腩都幾港式，牛腩片肥咗少少，但係好入味，有水準。 哈密瓜配ham亦係好有質素。 其他沙律水準都唔錯。 跟餐有一個湯同埋甜品，羅宋湯熱到好足夠，湯料亦好多。 甜品可以好識揀綠茶蛋糕或生果，我們全部都揀綠茶蛋糕，賣相唔錯而味道都幾好。 最欣賞的服務係頭盤麵包按人頭計，我哋食唔晒咁多麵包啦，經理主動講可以打包走，喺餐廳打包麵包都係第一次。"
