NAMO is a ‘must try’ culinary destination specializing in contemporary Thai cuisine. Hosted by renowned Thai chef Wijannarongk Kunchit (a student of celebrity chef Bobby Chinn) together with Michelin Star chef Alejandro Sanchez, the restaurant presents innovative Thai delicacies featuring quality-imported ingredients such as Spanish Iberico pork ribs, French mussels, giant Atlantic octopus, French free-range chicken, and etc. The kitchen brings refreshing yet traditional Thai flavours to its diners through a combination of modern cooking techniques like slow cook and vacuum treatment and traditional Thai spices.
With a 6-meter bar extending to an alfresco lounge, diners are allowed to enjoy Thai-style cocktails or table wine paired with NAMO’s special ThaiPas, or try different shisha flavours while admiring the gorgeous harbour view.
