"Always think chef Edward should have Michelin stars ( maybe he doesn’t want, will be super busy! Ha ha ) every time I went there I always had a great time! Every single dishes are so delicious , creative , nice presentation! I should say beautiful! I go there quite often that I will miss his cooking! He will change the menu once in a while and never let you bore ... a must go restaurant in HK! The deco is nice and very elegant! Very spacious , service are all professional and nice! Big range of wine selection as well ! They also have a chef table you can watch the whole team while they were cooking!"

"Slight disappointment but not because of the food. It was a very unusual experience, first at the reception, identified by my phone number while my full uncomplicated name appears in my booking email. The decoration is bright and clean however lacks uniqueness. The menu was clear and simple but I couldn’t choose anything else than my wife’s choice. The testing menu is well balanced and tasty but wines are overpriced and the service is below average compare to other fine dining places in Hongkong, as foods was presented somehow correctly but sans plus. Overall my palate was satisfied but fine dining is not just about food."
