We provide high quality wagyu from top notch farms around the world, including Australian M9+ Pure Blood wagyu by Blackmore farm, Japanese A5 Kuroge, American Mix breed wagyu by Snake River Farm. Our Chef utilises both Japanese and Western grilling technique along with bincho-tan to handle our delicate wagyu and seafood. We also offer ordering vintage Bordeaux wine from before dinner, and we can help customers breath their wine accordingly. Our restaurant is also perfect for parties and private events.

"Enjoyed a wonderful night there. The food were exotic and amazing. Highly recommend the rib eye and beef tongue. The rib eye was grilled by 備長炭. It knocked the juice inside and made the skin crispy. The mouth feel was so complicated and aftertaste was unforgettable. Please note the food are seasonal and most of them are flied to HK. It's subject to availability and that's why the menu keeps updated. Preorder wine is recommended so that they will decant the wine for you to achieve the best tasting result. The environment is relaxing and cozy. There are two private rooms available for four to around twelve persons. It's suitable for small group party too."

"A newly opened restaurant specializing in charcoal grilled beef. It is not easy to have charcoal grill oven in Hong Kong because of fire safety concerns. The beef quality is really good and environment is comfortable. It has a bar table for 16 persons and another two rooms for around 10 people. So it is better for your to make reservation to avoid disappointment."
