At Chilli Fagara, creativity constantly improves the dishes to cater guests' evolving tastes. We aim to sustainably and responsibly serve authentic and delicious Sichuan food to our customers. Our dishes are prepared with passion, patience and careful attention to detail, and quality Suchuan gourmet fills with different spices. Our menu represents true Sichuan flavours derived from the recipes of our Executive Chef Chan Kai Ying, who brings over 50 years of culinary experience to our kitchen. Signature dishes like our 'Chilli Fagara Chicken' and 'Caramelized Beef with Garlic and Ginger Infused Sauce' put forward both the intense heat and numbing quality of Sichuan cuisine. Plenty vegan and vegetarian options are also available.


Established in 2005, Chilli Fagara first opened on Graham Street in Soho and soon attracted a loyal clientele with their authentic, fiery Sichuan cuisine. The shop's intimate size, burnished red walls, dark wood furniture and simple details create warmth, while their cuisine creates fire. Based on the Chinese Ma La Tang concept for numbing (ma), burning (la) and neutral (tang) tastes of Sichuan food, the menu represents a breathtaking range of culinary possibilities fashioned by the chef each day, all using the finest ingredients.
