About

Starting with just six carefully curated dishes to begin with, the highlights are the fingerlickin’ Pork Bao, Braised Pork Belly, Kecap Manis, House Sriracha, Pickled Daikon (HK$ 80) and succulent fall off the bone Smoked Ribs, which are a half rack of Ribs with Indonesian Long Pepper, Fish Palm (HK$ 150).  
 
Chicken Wings, Deep Fried Chicken Wings, Tempura Batter, Coriander, Fish Sauce, Sriracha, (HK$ 90) will have you wanting more, and the Hanger Steak, Chili-Tamarind Salsa, Mixed Greens, Lemon-Garlic Vinaigrette (HK$ 130) hits the spot. Chicken or Pork Momos, Nepalese Style Dumplings Stuffed With Minced Meat (Chicken or Pork), Onion, Coriander and Spices (HK$ 110) is comforting goodness. Last but not least for the vegetarians we have the R‘n’B Papaya Salad, Thai-Style Pounded Salad, Chili, Lime, Peanuts (HK$ 90) with a kick, will have you rejoicing. 
 
In collaboration with 8 creATEive Group Bar Manager, Jacob Shteyntsayg, these South East Asian delights are perfectly washed down with some beers or Pickle Backs, Bourbon, Pickle Back (HK$ 70) and Sangrita, Tequila, Sangrita (HK$ 70) shots. 
 
Worry not, if you’re away for the Chinese New Year holidays as Ribs‘n’Baos will continue to Pop-Up at Rummin’ Tings EVERY TUESDAY, in addition to being available on the afore mentioned delivery platforms. Kung Hei Fat Choi! 
 


 Ribs’n’Baos will be popping up at Caribbean favourite Rummin’ Tings for one week only throughout the Chinese New Year holidays from 21-28 January.  
 
Ribs'n'Baos' is a new concept that delivers delicious South East Asian Food to your homes. The food is fresh and made with homemade sauces and condiments with a South East Asian flavour profile in mind.
