Drawing inspiration from their world travels and culinary roots, you will find a harmonious blend of Chinese and European flavours in their new dishes. The menu will now feature a spectrum of dishes that evolve throughout the day. With a selection of light brunch items to choose from, start your day off with the Avocado Toast ($108) topped with an onsen egg, pickled onions and chives or the Steak Sandwich ($138) garnished with seasonal greens, hazelnuts and a tangy tomato crème fraîche. The new addition of Seared Salmon ($178) served alongside a pancetta emulsion and herb oil is the perfect choice for a healthy high-protein lunch. Not to worry though, regulars will still see the much loved Udon Carbonara ($118) with Chinese lap cheong, tobiko cracker and Steak Salad ($188) on the menu. The coffee here is not to be missed. As the exclusive distributor of the Coffee Collective, INTERVAL offers on rotation seasonal coffee beans from one of the best roasters in Copenhagen, Denmark. Drop by on your way to work or sit down to savour a cup of the best hand drip coffee in town. As we move later into the afternoon, expect to find bar snacks and sharing plates. Playing on classic Chinese flavours, the Nam Yu Chicken with Lotus Root Chips ($98) with salted egg yolk offers an addictive crunch with a touch of nostalgia. Feeling adventurous? Try their twist on the classic Beef Tartare ($138) with Chinese black bean, crispy rice and bamboo, or the Crispy Uni Sushi ($128/2pcs), a fun combination of contrasting textures from the uni paired with crispy rice (wuo ba), soy sauce crystals and seaweed powder. For bigger groups, plan ahead and pre-order the Grilled Turbot ($388), a delectable fish cooked with fragrant seasonal herbs, aged lemon and fish roe or the Wagyu Tomahawk ($1,380), a beautifully marbled cut glazed with garlic, brown butter and onions. To complete the experience, explore through INTERVAL’s ever-changing wine selection featuring over 60 wines and 50 options for wine by the glass, alongside one of the most extensive collections of orange wines.
