"As someone has pointed out, the food is a hit or miss. You'd have much higher expectations when the price tag is so big for such peasant food. The servers and the chefs didn't look like they had a clue with what to do. Interesting enough, we saw a few staffs in the kitchen giving each other massages. While it is ok to do so when it's down time, you should do it discreetly. That was just simply unprofessional. The waiters kept circling back and forth but would pretend not to see you when you wanted to flag one down. While the pad Thai was ok, the so called 'red velvet' waffle was a huge mess. We wouldn't accept it the first time it came out, it looked burnt and dropped on the floor and utterly unappetizing. The second time it came, I could only take one bite because it's equally unappetizing and ultimately failed to impress. The waiting time was over 25 minutes for one piece of disgusting trash. The bottom line is, when you charge an outrageous price in such a prime location, your customers would expect you to have at least pristine ceramics, not chipped ones. That's the most basic rule in higher end food and drinks industry. This one certainly pretends to be at the higher end, but fails miserably."

"The experience was far below from the expected, regardless the pleasant atmosphere. The biggest concerns are 1) the venue has no bathrooms, so even if you need to wash hands you have to go 200 feet to the bathroom facility somewhere in the middle of the shopping centre 2) food was served a bit cold and not in the quality you would expect for such prime location (however still decent food). For example, the sliced steak with cucumber was sourced as cold steak"

"It has a nice ambience to it. It is a fusion dining with Thai elements. Staff were hospitable as we had a special dietary request. Food presentation was superb and flavours were good. I will recommend."

"A nice cafe serving quite a lot of varieties of cuisines but seems to be specilizing in Southeast Asian foods. The yellow curry crab is delicious and the beef ball noodle soup is also worth a try. Prices are moderate and acceptable."

"下雨天☔，放假嘅活動就是逛商場吧，圓方係我至愛既商場，港鐵換駁就曬我location , 睇完戲當然食埋晚飯先係真假期 ，就喺商場戲院隔壁，揀左Greyhound Cafe 🐕 我嘅感覺的確沒錯 ，Menu 以泰式主題居多，越式、西式嘅選擇亦唔少，飲品種類又多樣化，仲有搶曬Fo 嘅千層蛋糕🍰，貼合Cafe 之名😍😍😍，要食豐盛晚餐，抑或好隨便咁飲下野🍹食件cake , 點樣組合如何配搭，呢度真係好friendly 💕 愛飲冬蔭公湯，享受嗆喉哪一點刺激， 鮮蝦🦐大大隻，開埋邊又容易食，一啖蝦肉伴著微辣湯底，酸酸的效果帶著海鮮嘅味道，加埋意大利雲吞，口感大增，悶悶的粉團雲吞即時生色不少，fusion 效果新奇又好味👍👍👍 呢度嘅千層蛋糕🍰有八種口味，一下子真令我選擇困難，終極選了時令嘅芒果及朱古力香蕉🍌嘅味道，新鮮芒果🥭打做醬汁，溶岩一様覆蓋著層層疊曡嘅餅皮，薄薄嘅夾層係香滑嘅忌簾、中間嘅鮮芒果粒也太吸引喇，一啖入口，芒果、忌簾、餅皮互相交溶，軟滑清甜，超級無敵咁正💥💥💥"

"有一段時間沒吃泰國菜了，這天便相約朋友來到位於elements商場到想吃很久的Greyhound Cafe吃晚飯。 餐廳面積頗大，環境十分舒適。 食物選擇也很多，我們花了好一段時間挑選自己想吃的菜式。 首先，選了兩杯飲料。 我點的是泰式奶茶，而朋友則點了一杯fruity shaky yogurt。 泰式奶茶是餐廳的招牌飲料之一，果然十分不錯，奶茶很香濃，但又不會太甜。 而朋友的yogurt賣相漂亮，而且果香十足，酸甜好喝。 冬陰功配意大利雲吞。 十分特別的fusion菜式，從來沒有吃過泰式版本的ravioli, 味道出人意表的好吃，冬陰功湯底濃厚，酸辣過癮，ravioli皮薄而且包裹著蝦肉。 另外還有一隻爽口鮮甜的虎蝦，太滿足了。 龍蝦炒金邊粉。 看到賣相已經食指大動了，巨型的龍蝦躺在金邊粉之上。 龍蝦肉爽口彈牙，而金邊粉炒得乾身之餘，味道十分豐富，讓人吃不停口。 最後，當然要吃點甜品才完滿。 我們點了一份芒果糯米飯。 糯米飯軟糯且椰香十足，面頭的椰漿帶有咸香，配搭香甜的芒果十分配合。 整體來説，這餐飯沒有令我們失望，食物水準高，而且服務態度也很好，值得再光顧。"

"Greyhound Cafe裝潢型格，環境舒適，很適合聊天。 啖啖蟹肉黃咖哩飯用上大量泰國鮮蟹肉，每啖都食到蟹鮮和蟹肉的絲絲口感，加上由紅椒、洋蔥、雞蛋、黃咖哩製成的風味黃咖哩，味道豐富！蟹肉黃咖哩飯也伴隨魚露和酸菜湯，不過酸菜湯太鹹了，反倒吃不到酸。 秘制辣肉醬手包粉卷和要自己DIY，將新鮮粉卷包裹生菜與泰式肉醬。肉醬調味剛好，香辣惹味，店員也有細心地提供幾張濕紙巾，服務很好。 甜品不作他想，點了招牌新鮮椰子千層蛋糕。千層蛋糕的班戟皮很薄，層次細膩，忌廉幼滑輕盈，還有新鮮椰子粒更添口感。千層蛋糕整體甜度剛好，椰子味天然清香，不愧是名物喔！"

"泰國Greyhound Cafe於1997年在曼谷開設第一家分店，其後由Gaia集團從泰國引入香港。無論是裝潢、佈置、音樂以至制服等亦務求與泰國總店統一，盡量呈現。餐廳善用各種食材、佐料配搭不同烹調手法，創造獨家款式及口味。 冬蔭功配意大利雲吞 Light Tom Yum Soup 冬蔭公湯底較清新，味道辣而清爽帶微酸，配上彈牙爽口河蝦，蝦肉鮮甜。手工製意大利雲吞約四片，餡鮮而皮薄滑柔韌。 招牌脆炸單骨雞翼 Greyhound Famous Fried Chicken Wings 師傅以魚露醃制雞翼，再拆成單邊骨生炸。雞皮炸至香脆，內里肉汁豐沛，味道佳。 鮮蝦帶子墨魚汁麵 Spaghetti Cha Cha Cha 師傅以意大利羅勒葉、青胡椒粒製成醬汁，再爆香炒墨魚汁意粉、大蝦及帶子。海鮮大件新鮮，肉質富彈性，配上彈牙煙韌墨魚汁意粉，味道吸引開胃。 啖啖蟹肉黃咖哩飯 Well-known yellow curry crab on rice 蛋黃質感柔順輕盈，咖哩入口綿綿香滑，味道濃郁微甜，咖哩香配上蛋黃鮮味，化在嘴里。泰國鮮蟹肉份量超多，基本每口咖哩也混了絲絲蟹肉。 雜莓千層蛋糕 Mixed Berries Crepe Cake 多層蛋糕以幼滑輕盈鮮忌廉及薄滑糕皮重疊，口感入口即融。 Mango with Sticky rice 芒果糯米飯 以泰國芒為主菜，配上鮮椰奶糯米飯，入口香潤怡人。"

"最近經過elements入咗嚟一間泰菜餐廳~ 冬陰公湯配意大利雲吞，冬陰公湯惹味，小辣，配上意大利雲吞好掛湯，仲有一隻大蝦係湯頭，飲落好鮮甜，大蝦亦都啖啖肉，正！開胃！ 酥炸豬手配糯米飯，豬手香脆，不過有少少太硬，加埋糯米飯整體有少少乾~ 菠蘿肉鬆炒飯，呢個份量超大，兩個人食唔晒，好抵食！ 甜品方面，泰式奶茶千層蛋糕，面頭淋埋奶茶醬，味道更香濃！蛋糕食落每一層皮都好薄身，質素一啲都唔差！ 椰子雪芭，餐廳嘅招牌菜！椰子味超香，仲有天然嘅甜味，食多啲都唔會好濟！"
