"Went for lunch!!! I usually won’t complain about price but the little minestrone ..... (clear soup base with little veg inside)the portion so so small and charge for $78, quite ridiculous, the chicken wing, so deep fried(menu did not even mention its deep fried) that I can’t eat with the skin! Only the pizza is ok! The star is for the good service!"

"去了食晚餐本來食小小野就去睇show, 但入到去點餐後，當時著西裝的同事說每位客人必要order一個主餐，其實當時我們已order 了一個pizza $138一個salad $98+29 (chicken) 一杯Americano 同一枝sparkling water 。同事要求我們再點一樣starter/main/snack 其實兩個女仔點食？最後就浪費食物啦 硬叫左個意粉，pizza食唔哂,食到頂住，salad 食唔哂。唉。本身個埸想經唔滿，我明生意難做。但真係唔開心，因為入座時又冇講清楚，我問佢點解出面飲野的人沒有食主餐也可，他說happy hour 不算，我和他說，其實我們也可以出去食去飲野，佢話「唔係咁好，出面大塵」 其實佢冇解釋佢地min charge係幾多。直接話唔得要order多樣，今樣做生意？walk in冇講清楚。OpenRice 都冇講。一肚氣 希望你們改進同事們對話的training, 當和客人說不可以兩位客人，點一個主菜一個salad的一杯咖啡一枝水。說不夠的時候為什麼沒有餐牌black and white 去寫明？ 為什麼坐出面可以唔叫主菜，但我想坐出面，這位同事說不好？而原因是多塵？這樣合理嗎？ 請問貴公司覺得這是一個圓滿的解釋？ 其實我明白min charge的定義，但我唔明白min dishes 的定義。 你可以說唔夠滿足min charge 但要迫我叫多點食物而又令人食唔哂其實係好浪費，而且唔合理，我可以叫多支水，叫多杯酒，但貴公司要求我叫多個main/started/snack 合理嗎？"
