"Went to Caprice for a birthday dinner. We had a menu on the chef's recommendations. Unlike other restaurants at this "level" the 5 course meal left us filled with barely any space for the cheese platter and none for dessert and petite fours. Some dishes a l little too salty for me but over-all very good. The hkd 750 corkage fee on the high end :-("

"我們是衝著主廚而來的，希望他能填補我們在他上一家工作的餐廳用餐後的失望。 歡迎小食有煙三文魚配酸忌廉，很經典的配搭。呑拿魚他他配芝士脆餅，同樣不會出錯的配搭。最後令我小鹿亂撞了一下的咖哩泡芙，香料味道層次多變，很不錯。 0 讚好 麵包籃我選了辣椒牛油麵包，芝麻卷。牛油不玩花款，只有無鹽和有鹽。芝麻卷是像牛角包般的油酥麵皮卷成，香酥軟糯，牛油香，芝麻味突出。 辣椒牛油麵包更為我所愛，暫時是唯一記得的麵包。很微薄的辣味刺激著舌頭，辣椒的香椒味，軟中帶𡁻勁的包體，很出色。 0 讚好 鮮蝦他他鮮甜黏口，伴有切得非常細的青瓜粒增加口感。海膽甘鮮綿滑，魚子醬咸鮮但比平常的咸度低一半，碟子上更鋪有柚子香的啫喱，所有搭配更突顯整體的鮮美。 0 讚好 鴨肝伴櫻桃啫喱醬配香甜鬆軟烤過的紙包麵包。厚重綿滑的慕絲，濃郁香醇的鴨肝香，面頭鋪有一層鴨湯啫喱，鴨香更見突出。 0 讚好 接著這一道菜，卷得美輪美奐的龍脷魚，以牛油煎煮，魚子醬墊很好吃的半軟脆薯仔切片，酸甜清新的蕃茄蓉，還有那個上癮的蕃紅花醬汁。當這些在口腔混合，那個味道是天上有的，真的感動到幾乎哭出來。 0 讚好 東南亞風味的喇沙蟹肉，溫和的椰漿、香草和喇沙配鮮甜多汁皇帝蟹肉，但前一道的光芒太厲害，這道變相好吃但欠驚喜。 0 讚好 法國菜中的乳鴿是我最愛的其一，鴿肉獨特的野味香氣，肉質嫩得來帶札實口感又多汁，面層也帶焦香，美味。 0 讚好 不吃牛的我，主廚給我換成龍蝦。龍蝦彈牙鮮甜不在話下，更加有黑松露增添香氣，同樣是水準之作但驚喜欠奉。 1 讚好 本來套餐的澳洲牛柳。 0 讚好 實在很飽腹了，這邊特有名的芝士我們也只點了三款輕嘗，當然也絕對沒有投訴的空間。 0 讚好 榛子慕絲，檸檬雪芭。 0 讚好 End with cherry ice cream ，之後的甜點盒也吃不下了。 0 讚好"

"其實是4.9顆星，因為冷湯真的吃不慣。 但是環境，服務，餐點和景觀真的都100分。 如果來這裡只有吃Caprice的麵包，也是值得來的。 完美的餐廳，等我存夠錢再來。"

"晚餐氣氛不錯但價位頗高，料理感覺吃的是產地，只有幾道感覺特別美味，最後起司很多種選擇很棒，但紅酒都是高價位的讓人無法輕鬆地選擇佐餐酒，比較建議午餐來享用。"
