This autumn, FeedMe Guru is featuring five of Hong Kong’s choicest ingredients - steak, sea urchin, truffle, lobster and oyster - in exclusive tasting menus in partnership with around 30+ of the city’s top restaurants. Looking for more choices? Special festive offers are also available at approximately 120 other top tier dining spots.

First appeared in 2011 in Marylebone, London, as a two-year pop-up restaurant, followed by a grand comeback to London five years later. Simon Rogan incorporated the elements and ideas of his two-Michelin-starred L’Enclume into Roganic, which is operated alongside with Aulis as Rogan’s chef’s table and development kitchen. As Roganic’s R&D base, Aulis explores seasonal fresh produce and creates novel culinary delights, recognized by the award of one Michelin star in just ten months. Roganic Hong Kong follows the successful model of its UK counterparts in offering to brand new dining experiences together with neighbouring Aulis to local diners.

"I wonder why this place doesn’t have a star yet. Dishes’ flavor pairing is unique (in a good way!) okay service can be a little better but given how great the food is, it didn’t bother me at all."

"Fantastic restaurant. Recommended for special occasions. You have a choice of two taster menus (short and long) and the option to pair them with a wine taster (recommended for the full experience) or order drinks by the glass from the bar menu. Expect your meal to last a pleasurable 2-3hrs. The food is delightful; perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The staff are friendly and knowledgable and explain about the ingredients and tastes for each dish. I would be surprised if it isn’t a contender for the next iteration of Asia’s top 50 and potentially recognition in the Michelin guide."
