About Weekend Weekly Tasting Menu|Joining forces with the finest restaurants in town, we compile exclusive tasting menus that offer food lovers signature dishes that present the extraordinary skills of the chefs. October, as always, is prime time for crab roe gold. To celebrate this heavenly taste of autumn, we are partnering with one-Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Yat Tung Heen for our tenth tasting menu. Executive Head Chef Tam Tung, a veteran in Cantonese cuisine, has put together an eight-course in-season crab feast to bring out the most exceptional flavours of the beloved autumn crabs.


Led by celebrated Chef Tam Tung, Cantonese restaurant Yat Tung Heen has won the Michelin award year after year and captured the hearts of discerning gourmets with its delicate and contemporary twist on authentic Cantonese cuisine. Set in a high-design moody atmosphere inspired by Shanghai taverns of the 1920s, the restaurant epitomizes a sleek East-meets-West sophistication. A range of private dining options and a vast main dining room will play host to various salon art events.
