For Restaurant Week Special, a 3-course dinner menu offers to diners at only HK$398 per person. :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Swordfish Ceviche The swordfish ceviche was well seasoned with citrus and condiments, the citrusy taste is extremely appetising without overwhelming your taste buds. Chef Selection Oyster (+$38) If you love oysters as your appetiser, just added HK$38 for 3 fresh shucked oysters. Beetroot Risotto This beetroot risotto is absolutely a fantastic vegetarian dish! For the risotto itself, it retains a little bit of bite to create a chewy texture, by adding the Barolo Sauce and Gorgonzola Cheese to further accentuate the flavour. Homemade Squid Ink Tagliatelle Fresh pasta is always great, this homemade squid ink Tagliatelle was made fresh with Crab meat and Saffron. This pasta dish is light, beautiful and brimming with healthy ingredients. Homemade Lemon Gelato with Mixed Berries and Sicilian Cannoli with Yogurt Sorbert ended our dinner with a light and refreshing finish.
