Michelin-starred chef Stephane Gaborieau will return to showcase the gastronomic delights of “the garden of France” from 15 to19 May 2019. Chef Gaborieau puts forth a five-course menu that superbly complementing the elegant wines from the Loire Valley to kick-start the promotion on 15 May. Chef Gaborieau will join forces with the restaurant’s Chef Daniel Lee in a four-hand wine-pairing dinner on 17 May. The six-course menu drafted by the chefs highlights quality seasonal ingredients and wines from the region.
