Joining forces with the finest restaurants in town, we compile exclusive tasting menus that offer food lovers signature dishes that present the extraordinary skills of the chefs. This time we have come to Roganic, the first overseas venture of two-star British chef Simon Rogan. The new gourmet destination just opened in early 2019 to offer the culinary favours of Cartmel in the Lake District, UK. Diners can start with the bar where they can relax themselves taking a sip of mocktails made with fresh herbs, before proceeding to the dining area where the seven-course tasting menu prepared by Simon awaits them. Reflecting his cooking philosophy, the courses feature local fresh produce and exclusive recipes created by Aulis, a neighbouring experimental kitchen. Our dining excursion ends up at the dessert bar, where the chefs dish up their signature treats right in front of you, making the lunch a sweet and unforgettable memory.

First appeared in 2011 in Marylebone, London, as a two-year pop-up restaurant, followed by a grand comeback to London five years later. Simon Rogan incorporated the elements and ideas of his two-Michelin-starred L’Enclume into Roganic, which is operated alongside with Aulis as Rogan’s chef’s table and development kitchen. As Roganic’s R&D base, Aulis explores seasonal fresh produce and creates novel culinary delights, recognized by the award of one Michelin star in just ten months. Roganic Hong Kong follows the successful model of its UK
counterparts in offering to brand new dining experiences together with neighbouring Aulis to local diners.
