Adhering to its commitment of educating diners on Japanese culinary culture and traditions,

FUMI will host a tuna cutting session every Thursday night starting from 21 February.

A 50kg farmed Bluefin tuna freshly flown from Kyushu, Japan will be expertly cut by veteran sushi chefs.

FUMI will also launch a specially crafted Bluefin Tuna Tasting Menu and add a selection of tuna dishes to its a la carte menu. 

Guest will be able to savour the authentic Japanese taste of tuna from a selection of dishes from the

Bluefin Tuna Tasting Menu and the a la carte menu, while watching a professional sushi chef at work

during this tuna-cutting performance. Highlighted dishes include Tuna Sashimi Platter (Toro, Chu Toro, Maguro);

Tuna Noten Sushi Roll; Grilled Tuna’s Fin;

FUMI is a Japanese restaurant and bar committed to bring the best of the country's food and drink to Hong Kong, serving delectable dishes in an elegant space filled with Japanese-inspired art, furniture and tableware.
