Gael has over fifteen years experience working in the industry. Getting his knowledge from Michelin star chefs Jacques Chibois “La Bastide Saint Antoine” 2*, Michel Del Burgo “Taillevant” 3*, Alain Llorca “Negresco” 2* and Émile Jung “Le Crocrodile” 3*, Gael qualified as a finalist in the World Chocolate Masters France and participated in the prestigious “Meilleurs Ouvriers de France” competition (Best Craftsmen in France).

We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Lantau Island (Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, Airport). Delivery to other outlying islands are currently unavailable. We deliver daily from 13:00 – 17:00.
Delivery rates for specific delivery time (out of our delivery hours) will be quoted individually.
Our delivery service will call approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour in advance to confirm and arrange delivery. If you miss this call, please contact Sweet Fashion House to reschedule the delivery. Requesting a re-delivery will result in an extra charge.
Each order can only be delivered to one address. If you would like your products delivered to multiple destinations, please order them separately.
Sweet Fashion House will deliver in all weather conditions, except when there is a typhoon signal T8 or greater, or a Black rain signal.
Most shipping services require a signature upon delivery. Once the product is delivered, Sweet Fashion House cannot be responsible if it is lost or damaged from the environmental conditions in which it is left or that develop after its delivery.
Sweet Fashion House will not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond its control, including strikes, natural disasters or terrorism. Shipping times may be longer during busy holiday seasons (Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Valentine’s day, Easter, Mother’s day etc.)
