About Guillaume Cibin
Guillaume Cibin joined Dom Pérignon in January 2012. He has been the International Brand Manager for Dom Pérignon, working at Maison headquarters in Paris where he was responsible for the development and deployment of global brand strategies. Guillaume has a strong expertise within the wine sphere, having previously spent time in Canada, Australia, Italy, Spain and France working with several wineries. Guillaume is now based in Hong Kong, in charge of the future expansion of Dom Pérignon for this key and strategic market.
Born in Burgundy, Guillaume holds a Master degree of Business Studies from INSEEC Paris Business School and has additional qualifications in International Marketing and more recently, Luxury Marketing, from Victoria University in Melbourne, Australia. From a family of wine-growers, he has a real passion for wine. He has been a member of several Oenology Clubs in Paris & Burgundy; and he is also an active jury member of French national competitions such as the Paris International Agricultural Trade Fair.
Recipient of 1-Michelin Star and Four Stars from Forbes Travel Guide, Rech by Alain Ducasse provides an authentically French seafood experience, showcasing the best seasonal fish, shellfish and oysters with the Chef’s personal interpretation and contemporary French cuisine. It is the first international outpost of Rech, which was founded in Paris in 1925 and reborn by world acclaimed chef Alain Ducasse in 2007.
