Opening in 1953, Gaddi’s honours its 65th anniversary as Hong Kong’s reigning sovereign of French fine dining, highlighting a dual celebration for The Peninsula Hong Kong’s 90th anniversary. Gaddi’s has endured as the epitomy of elegance and refined service, housing a selection of classical arts and antiquities, with live dinner jazz.
To celebrate this milestone, Gaddi’s has brought together a unique "golden culinary trio" of highly accomplished gastronomic talents, including Chef Xavier Boyer, Restaurant Manager Michele Drusacchi and Chief Sommelier Bojan Radulovic, who are united by their ability to breathe new life into this elegant space through their charisma, humour and passion.
As well as the combined talents of Chef Boyer, Michele and Bojan, guests who visit Gaddi’s can experience the Le French GourMay dinner menu which celebrates the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region of France, priced at HK$ 1,988 per person. A fine selection of rosé wines will be served at special à la carte prices. (Prices are subject to 10% service charge)
