Christmas is the time to celebrate and share the festive joyful among friends and family at home with a big feast. AMMO understands that roomy oven might not fit in every kitchen in Hong Kong, but everyone deserves a perfect Christmas. So this year, we have put together a selection of big feasts to give you a hassle-free party in this festival.

Turkey Party Set ($1888) – 4.5kg turkey from the U.S. is brined overnight and marinated with lemon and assorted herbs like thyme, sage, and parsley, to add flavour and tenderize the meat. Filled up with flavourful stuffing made of chestnuts, onions, Italian sausages, herbs and eggs, the bird is then roasted for 2 hours which allows it to absorb every flavour and achieve the crispy skin with tender and juicy meat underneath. The turkey will come with organic cranberry sauce and turkey gravy on the side.

Prime Rib Party Set ($2488) - If you are not a big fan of turkey, this Australian prime rib can definitely fulfil meat lover’s appetite. Using 3kg of 120-days prime rib, the meat is rubbed with mixed herbs and mustard, then seared with high temperature to lock the juice and get a crispy, golden brown skin. To ensure juicy flesh, the rib is then roasted with rosemary and garlic baked until medium rare. The prime rib will be served with beef gravy on the side.

"Beautiful ambiance all around. You could have mistaken the Murray is in Manhattan somewhere. Don’t bother with the food items on the menu. Tried the teriyaki chicken, Murray burger and the Curry. For the price we expect a lot more quality. $400/head should buy you more."

"Quality of the food for afternoon tea is average, not quite up to the standard of a 5 star hotel. The venue's acoustic installation is poor. Six people making a great deal of noise on one side of the room was found very annoying even on the other end of the room. Service is only fair. Last but not the least, my lemon grass n ginger is only average. In one word, not getting the money's worth."
