Art and gastronomy collide with Felix Chef Yoshiharu Kaji’s virtuoso five-course set dinner menu. Inspired by the operatic and literary arts, this selection of dishes sings with flavour and visual élan. Felix is also serving up a special selection of Love Art cocktails inspired by the extraordinary work of this year’s artist for The Peninsula Commission, Sir Michael Craig-Martin RA. FeedMe Guru Guests can sip and splurge on one of four Love Art cocktails as a complimentary welcome drink.

1. “A Mid-Summer Night’s Dream - Forest of Fairies” – Iberico Ham and Mushroom Consommé, Crab Crostini, Iberico Ham-wrapped Langoustine

2. "The Queen of the Night Aria" - Caramelised Pigeon Breast and Duck Liver with Pepper Crust, Black Quinoa Cereal, Almond Sponge Cake

3. "Le Fantôme de l’Opéra" - Roasted John Dory with Brown Butter and Caper Sauce, Poached Cabbage, Cumin Cookies

Opened in 1994 as the crowning glory atop The Peninsula’s new tower extension, Felix is one of Hong Kong’s most spectacular dining destinations. Featuring avant-garde interiors by French design guru Philippe Starck, the restaurant is replete with whimsical details and quixotic visual touches, while its dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of Victoria Harbour. The imaginative interiors are more than matched by the food, which uses the freshest seasonal ingredients from around the world to craft exquisite dishes in an innovative and playful style of modern European cuisine.
