Ammo presents 2 Christmas Eve Menus in the stunning heritage site of a former 19th century explosives compound. The first menu is for the 6pm - 8pm seating and features four courses: an Arctic Char, Bouillabaisse, Baby Turkey / Seared Sea Bream, Pistacchio Cake, Petit Fours. The second menu is from 830pm and features an additional course, the Oxtail Ravioli. 

AMMO is a multi-award winning restaurant  with the cinematic interiors created by Joyce Wang of Wang Studios who took inspiration from the 1965 film noir masterpiece, Alphaville. The restaurant specializes in handmade pasta, with all pasta dishes made fresh onsite daily.
