The fresh ingredients that characterise the traditional down to simplicity meals of Mexico will soon be available on Third St! El Macho officially opens Friday, 1st February to the public! Christopher Przemyski the owner and founder of Bistro Concept Group of restaurants - Flying Pig Bistro, Flying Pig Deli. Christopher’s dream is to open an authentic Mexican cuisine. He combines his love and skill to master the art of what Mexican cuisine should be. Christopher originated the whole concept at the restaurant with his own vision of what it should look like.
The menu features a variety of big Mexican favourites such as tacos and fajitas alongside unique regional dishes. Routinely looks for ways to improve his recipes, so customers can expect to be surprised by innovative flavours and fresh ingredients.
Beef Fajitas ($118), Chicken Quesadilla($98), Fish Tacos ($88) and Seafood Ceviche ($138) and Mexican Wings ($78) are the few of the restaurant's signature dishes, Taco is comprised of two homemade tacos ($78-$88) stuffed with Mexican-style beef, topped with avocado and salsa.
