WHISK is an ingredient-focused restaurant in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui where friends and families can share the pleasure of simple contemporary Western cuisine revolving around quality meats, fish and eclectic wines served in a relaxed, modern setting.
The name “Loyal Dining” is drawn from a play on words “Loi Lo”, a Cantonese saying refers to the exquisite imported goods from the West that became popular during colonial Hong Kong in the 60s and 70s. The concept of Loyal Dining is derived from the idea of revisiting this colonial era when East meets West. “Go Fresh” is one of our core messages. With an aim to bring out the energy to Central, green is the colour that can refresh people’ mind and it is reflected from Loyal’s logo to interior design and even the art. We hope our guests to slow down and enjoy Hong Kong and Asian cuisine in this metropolitan oasis.
La Paloma is set in a 3,400 sq. ft. space, which can comfortably seat 85 diners. The design is inspired by “Chiringuitos”, beach bars in Spain which aim to bring an outdoor atmosphere to an indoor restaurant with the usage of building materials commonly used in Chiringuitos and plenty of colours in a casual atmosphere. To set the stage for a buzzy Spanish dining atmosphere every night, Paloma, the Pigeon will also be commonly found around the restaurant.
