La Paloma set in a 3,400 sq. ft. space, which can comfortably seat 85 diners. The design is inspired by “Chiringuitos”, beach bars in Spain which aim to bring an outdoor atmosphere to an indoor restaurant with the usage of building materials commonly used in Chiringuitos and plenty of colours in a casual atmosphere. They offer customers a buzzy Spanish dining experience. There is also a terrace area, where you can chill out with your team.
Le Rêve combines the art of French cooking with specially selected fresh ingredients from Japan, to present you with an unprecedented experience in fusion fine dining.
On Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve, the kitchen at Le Rêve will add 5 grams of white truffle atop both main dishes, shaved at the table, to further indulge guests’ food cravings. The dessert is upgraded to a Christmas Log, a decadent traditional chocolate yule log with Le Rêve’s culinary flair; a peanut parfait, and marshmallows to celebrate this festive season.
This Christmas Menu will be available from 3 December; both menus include a selection of wine, especially paired with the truffle dishes. It expertly emphasises the rare and exquisite characteristics of the truffle that transforms each dish.
