This November, FoFo by el Willy will be joining the Hong Kong Tourism Board’s “Hong Kong Great November Feast” with an 8 course Spanish Feast. This unique menu will feature Spanish dishes with a twist, the highlight being the “Plankton noodles with seafood and pancetta”. Inspired by a traditional Spanish dish – “fideos a la cazuela”, Fofo by el Willy has turned it into a seafood dish with the use of ingredients like edible marine planktons.
This menu is only available for dinner from November 1 to November 30. The menu begins with a “Quail egg mollete with ham”, followed by a mouthwatering “Porccinni cappuccino” and “Mackerel in escabeiche sauce with wild mushrooms”. Guests will then move onto the delicious “Codfish stew callos with spicy paprika and iberico ham” as well as the “Traditional chicken stew with wild mushrooms and picada”. The highlight of this menu is then served, being the “Plankton noodles with seafood and pancetta”. The meal concludes on a sweet note with the “Traditional Catalan cream” and the “Pina Colada Magnum”. Customers who book via FeedMe Guru will also enjoy a complimentary glass of wine.
