Peter Zwiener was a former investment banker for 16 years prior opening Wolfgang’s Steakhouse with his beloved father Wolfgang Zwiener back in 2004. He has been involved in the Food and Beverage industry throughout his working career learning from his father. “It was always my childhood dream to open a restaurant with my dad.” On 2004, the first Wolfgang’s Steakhouse was opened and situated in New York’s Park Avenue, and has since then grown into a global franchise.
